I see light. I don’t see color very well. I’ve mentioned that before, I’m not colorblind or anything, but I see color in brightness values… so… I see light.
I see photographs in their black and white equivalents.
Looking at tens of thousands of black and white images over the years has done it to me, I guess.
So, when an image comes back on the negative (yes, this is the real piece of film) exactly the way I saw it in my mind…?
