Homecoming.
Shot four of these now. They’re always different every year, but they have their differences.
Different mindsets bring on differences in the images I take. Its just the natural way of things.
This year, I feel a bit on the distant side from this one. In years past I’ve been behind the scenes quite a bit… not so much this year.
A little bit of an outsider from what I know. Still, they welcome me… actually faster than in previous years. Most of the upperclassmen know me well and the younger kids just accept me as a fixture.
Nevertheless… maybe if you look back through a few of these images – I’m in the early 300’s now – you might be able to see me in some of them, no matter if I try to remove myself from them or not.
Ethiopia, Greece, London, Haiti… Arkansas. Wherever I go with my camera, I was still there. Its unavoidable.
