Rarer than rare, too. Its rumored that there may be as few as 6 or 8 in this condition.
What condition? Perfect. A+.
I don’t know how well you can tell, but that’s the door in the bottom left corner of this last photograph. Yes, it slides into the body.
Which presents a problem getting in. I’m 6’1″… and this car is not easy to get into. Not even slightly.
Additionally, it is an entirely fiberglass body… one of the first cars ever of its kind. However, the fiberglass is thick. Like, a half-inch thick in some places. It was not until much later that the art of fiberglass was perfected.
Final preps are being made for the auction block. If you’d like to know when it goes and how much it goes for, I’ll let you know.
