Spin a globe. On the average schoolhouse globe, the area of sky that you can see at any given time is much smaller than the dot marking whatever city you might be looking up from.
That means that when you touch any given place on a globe, you are likely touching the area that millions – at a minimum – live and work and exist. Some never travel outside that area their entire lives.
So don’t get too caught up in your own little world that you forget how many people you are capable of reaching out to. It may not be as easy to reach a person as touching a globe, but there certainly aren’t many fewer available as under your finger when you touch your section of sky on a globe.
