Quite a divergence from my usual still image-only blog, yes?
Well, I’m working with some video these days. And to demonstrate a certain little magic in Adobe After Effects CS5.5 called “Warp Stabilizer” to a client, I made this video in a few minutes. Very simple, very straightforward…
…and Warp Stabilizer is – I guess it would be accurate to say – is awesome. A great simulator for steady-cam. Even though it “floats” a little bit more than the real rig and there is a small amount of crop from the original due to the way the render happens, it does an amazing job.
