So the games have begun.
And even though nobody can see the torch from out here, there’s plenty to see out here.
Like the much unloved Water Polo! They have a little video that plays before each game explaining the rules to laypeople – like me – who might have been confused how they taught the horses to swim…
But water polo is pretty intense: quite violent at times, actually!
Then, in the afternoon…
A football double-header: Uruguay vs Senegal, then GB vs UAE.
I accidentally captured the moment UAE scored their only goal of the night…

Ah… Olympics. And Wembley stadium is pretty amazing, too.
Just… leaving along with 80,000 of my closest friends all getting on the metro at midnight is a little bit… different.
