For someone who has never experienced jet-lag before, it is rather difficult to describe.
It is the feeling of waking up on a Saturday morning at 8:30am, unable to sleep any longer, even though you intended to sleep until noon. But with jet-lag, you wake up at 4:30am or 5:15am completely wide awake.
This goes on for about a week, in my case.
