Jerusalem is fascinating…
The city is ancient, of course, but observing it in action as a living, modern city, is equally as amazing.
I guess some people think they are going to some back-water country…
But even so, it sometimes is as if time stopped. But in others, everything continues as it always has.
Power lines strung along conduits drilled into thousand year old arches. But the storekeeper still sits out in the cool breeze of the quiet market as the sun begins to set. He does as he always has… for many centuries.
